3-month intensive mentoring program to upskill H&M’s 6 new product designers
In collaboration with Coteam, we were brought in to mentor H&M’s new product teams. H&M had recently restructured and needed help to support 6 of their product designers to upskill in UX practice and embrace their new roles with confidence.
We delivered a combination of weekly mentoring with product designers, talks and workshops on subjects such as workload management, research and sprints. Our work was combined with a learning specialist and wellbeing coach to provide a holistic programme of support and development for the individuals.
The process started and ended with competency assessment and progress reviews to ensure the team members progressed to where they needed to be.
Weekly 1-2-1 mentoring, with Teams and email support in between.
