User insight helps PaulCamper successfully enter the UK travel market

PaulCamper, a German travel brand that has been described as “The Airbnb of campervans” wanted to enter the UK travel market. We collaborated with their internal research team to provide UK-specific insight, advice, and recommendations through an intensive period of research. We:

  • Reviewed and amended questionnaires, tests, and session plans
  • Moderated and facilitated a portion of the interview sessions, and provided support on the rest
  • Analysed all insight and created a report of findings and recommendations for both their website and wider user experience
