Six wanted to gain deeper insight into their clients’ requirements and audience, and move quickly to an effective and tangible roadmap for delivering the right solution for their clients.

With Six, we ran workshops with a variety of their clients at the forefront of each project. These sessions enabled us to objectively evaluate and validate the client’s requirements and priorities with them. We looked at their audience – who they were, their situation and motivation, their needs and pains.

Out of this came a robust roadmap and prioritised set of actions for the project ensuring both the needs of the client and their users were met.
